Trained at an award winning grooming parlour, We have good reasons why you should have your pets groomed here, we love to make your companions feel beautiful, feel at ease and smell wonderful, we take time to give your pet the best and most comfortable grooming experience ever, Each pet is an individual with unique needs and characteristics, we want each of our clients to strut out proudly feeling and looking GREAT! We want them to be happy to come back and enjoy their experience here.

We offer a huge range of treatments and have the equipment to groom larger breeds. We don't groom dogs to our wishes, we groom dogs to suite the owners needs.

Based at Islwyn Boarding Kennels doggy pick-up and drop off's can be arranged!.

Polices

  • Our first priority is your pets well being, we make every effort to keep your pet  safe and comfortable while they are in our care.

  • Grooming can sometimes be stressful for any pet, especially a senior dog, occasionally grooming can expose a hidden medical problem or aggravate a current one, because senior pets or pets with health problems have a greater chance of injury , these pets will  be groomed in comfort and in styles that will not add to their stress.

  • If dogs become too stressed we will immediately contact the owners. If owners would like to stay with their waggy tailed friends there will be a an additional charge of £10 as it would be a private treatment.

  • If dogs are extremely matted there can be an extra charge applied as it will take longer to de matt  their coats, the alternative would be a strip off if the owners are happy with this look
